Run Command on Created CD
Neither of those suggestions work. Nothing happens when I double click start application and when I click on the index file I get - this file does not have a program associated with it to perform the action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Defau...

Run Command on Created CD
Jane, nothing happens.
Tatewise, I do not have start.exe, I just have data-file folder, autorun-Setup Information, fh-icon & start-Application.
If I open autorun it opens notepad with
[autorun]
open=start.exe
icon=fh.ico
and if I double click start nothing happens.

I do not have that option. All I have is 'install or run program from your media', 'run start.exe' & 'open folder to view files'. The only one that works is the last one, but that does not run the program, only lets me see what is on the disk.

Loading FH on a Net Book
I have now managed to get my Windows 7 Desktop CD Drive to be accessed from my Netbook, but when I run the CD Backed Installer from my Netbook, even though I can see the files on the CD I get a message on a small window called CD-Backed Install 'CD not found. Retry' then a message Installation Failed.

Loading FH on a Net Book
I do have access to another Windows 7 computer with a CD Drive, but I can only share files not the drive. I have copied the CD to a file on the other computer, but it still won't load.
I do not have access to a usb CD Drive and I don't want FH 5, as I am very happy with the version I have.

When using a descendant diagram with the SPOUSE IN OWN BOX button pressed there is no problem, but when I click the ONE BOX PER MARRIAGE button, the spouse box goes, but I am left with one box without the spouse details, just as though I had clicked on the NO SPOUSE INFO button. All the generations are there but they have been given odd numbers only and the gaps between the verticle lines are twice as big. Can you...
