What sentence template are you using? I assume it's a custom version as you have "in" twice in the sentence. Have you tried turning off the "use short form for repeated place names? The problem is you appear to have the address in the place field for some reason, so if you use the short form it will trim the place to the first comma.
Hello Jane, and thanks for your reply. You ask what sentence template I am using,I am not using a sentence template, what you read on my examples are the truncated sentences.
I have just unticked the box "use short form........" and this appears to have solved the problem, many thanks.
Without your help I would not have found that answer in a month of Sundays.
It is good to hear you've solved the problem. I don't know how much data you have in your file so it might be too late to change now but I really would recommend users to use the Place field to record the town and county (and country possibly) and the Address field to record the house number/name and road, etc. It is much easier, for example, to see that someone lived in the same place throughout their life if each fact has 'Clitheroe, Lancashire' as the place rather than various different full addresses.

But how to get 'Address' into a Report, immediately after 'Place'? Also, 'Burial' gives me the Cemetery detail (which I enter into 'Address', but does not print 'Place'.
